Social Media Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic Social Media Specialist to manage our Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Threads accounts.

Responsibilities

Developing a monthly content plan.
Creating social media content for the studio — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (3–4 posts per week) including visuals and captions.
Publishing content.
Monitoring performance metrics (weekly reports).
Preparing briefs for content shoots.

Requirements

English proficiency at B2 level or higher (the project is entirely in English).
Preferably located in Europe.
Experience is not required but will be an advantage.

Your Role

Shoot and edit high-quality videos tailored for various formats (social media, ad campaigns, presentations, etc.).
Work with state-of-the-art video production equipment.
Collaborate on creative concepts, storyboards, and video strategies.
Handle post-production, including color grading, sound editing, and adding graphic elements if needed.
Collaborate closely with the team to deliver outstanding results on time.

Responsibilities

At least 1 year of proven experience as a videographer (portfolio required).
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
Strong technical knowledge of modern cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment.
English fluency at a professional level (B2 or higher).
Excellent teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience operating drones or shooting from creative perspectives.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics (Adobe After Effects).
Understanding of Dutch language (not mandatory).

Responsabilities

Manage the sales pipeline, handle negotiations, and close deals to meet revenue goals.
Identify and explore growth opportunities in the EU market.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales, preferably in media, production, or related industries (mandatory).
Languages: Proficient in English (minimum B2 level). Additional languages are a plus.
Location: Based in the EU with the ability to travel if needed.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
