Scrubby would be developed and marketed as a customizable and sustainable equestrian scratching, playing, and grooming tool, which covers all three sustainability components, matching with associating sustainability goals of the UN, and with four global reporting initiatives. Our company endeavours to establish a corporate social responsibility and seeks to actively implement these initiatives in all business processes.
03 Profit
After 5 years existing in the market, our company aims to be established as a brand among existing competitors producing scratching items for horses with interactive features in the European and Dutch equine sector. The primary focus will be on environmentally and socially sustainable production processes, improving horse welfare, as well as achieving profitability

Enhancing animal welfare
Scrubby shall not only be purchased by horse owners to increase equine welfare and health. Our company also plans to create awareness among the equine industry by creating and discussing monthly content on Facebook and Instagram related to relevant welfare topics.
04 Quality, affordability, and stakeholder relationships
While establishing our company into the Dutch market, a long-lasting relationship including trust, openness, and shared success with partners, suppliers, and customers shall be build up and continued in the following years.
The trust will be ensured through continuously updating Scrubby's features and design to satisfy the changing needs of customers. High-qualitative materials that have a lifespan of at least 5 years will be used in the manufacturing processes. Our company strikes to achieve high sustainability and quality standards and nonetheless, offering an affordable product.
